The Japanese nationality guarantor is required during housing renting in Japan. However if it is hard to find guarantor, using surety company or using the housing organization guarantee system for international students of the university of Tokyo is possible. In this way the system without using guarantor to finish making contract during housing renting is called “no guarantor system”. What is surety company:
